Come as you are
I can make lunch while you feed your baby, hold your little one while you rest nearby, or simply sit with you while you talk through how things are really feeling.
Every family and every day is different. At the start of each three-hour visit, we’ll decide together what would help you most. There is no judgement, no pressure and absolutely no need to tidy before I arrive.

A little washing-up, laundry or tidying can make home feel more manageable when your hands are already full.
A listening ear, gentle reassurance and practical help with whatever would lighten the day for you.
How it works
We’ll take things one step at a time. Before you decide, you’ll know exactly what is included, what it costs and when I can be there.
Tell me a little about your family, where you are and what would make life feel lighter right now.
I’ll reply personally and find a comfortable time for us to talk through what you need.
If you’d like to go ahead, I’ll confirm the support, dates, travel and price in writing, then send your invoice.

Questions parents often ask
That is what our first chat is for. We can talk it through together, with no obligation to go ahead.
Not at all. You’re welcome to plan ahead during pregnancy or contact me once your baby is here. I’ll always be honest about the availability I have around your preferred dates.
Of course. I’m here to support your whole family and help everyone find a rhythm that feels comfortable, without taking over or leaving anyone on the sidelines.
That’s completely fine. I’ll listen first, talk you through the options and suggest the smallest level of support that feels genuinely useful.
No. I offer non-medical practical and emotional support. If something sits outside my role, I’ll help you find an appropriately qualified professional.
