Share the service or amount you have in mind, along with any message you would like included.
Receive your invoice
Elsa confirms the gift in writing and sends the invoice directly to you. No calendar or payment app is required.
Give the certificate
You’ll receive a personalised digital certificate. The family then contacts Elsa to arrange suitable dates and confirm travel.

Do I need to choose dates?
No. The recipient arranges dates directly with Elsa so the support fits their baby, location and family circumstances.
What if they need something different?
Elsa will talk it through with them. The gift value can be put towards another suitable Birth Be service, subject to availability and any difference in price.
Are travel costs included?
Travel up to 30 minutes each way from Dorking is included. Longer trips add £15 for 31–45 minutes or £30 for 46–60 minutes each way, per home visit. Any supplement is confirmed before the gift or dates are agreed.
Can the gift be refunded?
Gift terms, validity and any cancellation arrangements will be confirmed in writing before you pay.
