Embedded reviews and website hosting
The Google Reviews display is supplied through Elfsight and is loaded only if you allow the optional reviews feature in the cookie preferences. When enabled, your browser connects to Elfsight and Google; those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may use their own technologies. See the cookie policy and the providers’ privacy information for more detail.
The website is hosted by a service provider that processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. The site does not currently use Google Analytics or an online booking account.
Why and how long information is used
Information is used to reply to enquiries, arrange and provide requested support, keep appropriate business records, manage newsletter subscriptions and maintain the website. Information is kept only as long as needed for those purposes and any applicable legal or accounting requirements. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe; a minimal suppression record may be retained to respect that choice.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to certain uses. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To make a privacy request, email elsa@birthbe.co.uk.
