The pages are provided for general information about Birth Be, its services and community activities. Details such as availability, prices, locations and event dates can change. A service is not booked until the scope, dates, price, travel arrangements and any other relevant terms have been agreed with you in writing.

Non-medical support

Birth Be offers non-medical doula and practical family support. Website content and conversations with Elsa are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and do not replace your midwife, GP, health visitor or other qualified professional. For urgent concerns, contact your maternity team, NHS 111 or emergency services as appropriate.

Bookings, cancellations and payment

Service-specific arrangements will be set out in the written booking confirmation or service agreement. The general cancellation and refund information is on the General Policies page. Be Curious group bookings have their own terms on the relevant event or group page. If terms differ, the specific written agreement for your booking applies.

Prices, travel supplements and availability will be confirmed before you commit to a booking. Nothing on this website creates a booking or professional relationship by itself.

The website may link to other websites or display third-party content such as reviews and newsletter tools. Those services are provided by others and are governed by their own terms and privacy information. Birth Be is not responsible for content or changes on external websites.
